Radisson grew by 20% from 2006 from 421 to 505 in 2011. As it is about an hour from Saskatoon therefore it isn’t much of a commuting town. Radisson is about halfway between Saskatoon and North Battleford.
Radisson’s school, after operating for 100 years, was closed in 2004 and now kids are bused to Maymont about 25 kms away.
Radisson has a rink, arena, museum, CIBC, antique store, hotel, car dealership, restaurants, hair salon, insurance provider, RV sales, and more.
Radisson has RCMP and volunteer first responders.
