I am super excited to announce a new project that I will be working on along with two other awesome Saskatoon REALTORS ®. We will be working with reputable Saskatoon home builder North Prairie on a 100+ unit townhouse project in Martensville called Chaparral Ridge.

The two agents who I have working with me on this project are Susan Zwarych and Kerri Tucker. Both awesome Saskatoon Century 21 real estate agents come with all the right attributes to help make this project a success. I am happy to have enlisted these two fantastic Saskatoon REALTORS  ® to help me on the sales side.

The condos for sale in Martensville are under construction with the first completion estimated for mid November. This project is unique in nature and is comprised of two storey duplex and eight-plex units starting at $199900 plus GST.

There will be 4 models to choose from, each with a unique floor plan. Two or three bedroom duplex units are located back to back providing maximum privacy.
