WHY DO I NEED ASSOCIATES?

I am licensed as a REALTOR® in both Saskatchewan and British Columbia and I divide my time between the 2 locations. I have residences in both but Saskatoon remains my primary focus. I believe in transparency which is why I am sharing and would like to introduce you to my valuable associates below. Some people have asked me why I disclose my two locations but I didn’t build my business by being dishonest. Being a top agent in Saskatoon since 2007, I have a lot of repeat and referral clients and your business is important to me.

Some clients choose to go another direction while others know my dedication to the Saskatoon and area market and understand it doesn’t matter where I am that day as I am always accessible. With my years of experience and selling almost 900 properties in Saskatoon and area (and showing tens of thousands of others over the years!) combined with technology and a great team on the ground when I am not physically present, it is not difficult for me to still be a top agent in Saskatoon but couldn’t do it without my team. I am easy to reach and have a great relationship with my fellow REALTORS® in Saskatoon which are both very important when choosing an agent to help you.

 

SELLERS

I always hire a professional photographer to best showcase your home. Paperwork is mostly done electronically now and some viewings are set up over video. I have done a few video walkthroughs on homes as well with the help of my associates.
Sign calls are the same as always with me qualifying potential buyers and checking with their agent for showings. If a sign call does not have an agent and is ‘just getting started’ I ensure they speak to a mortgage professional and then arrange a showing at a later date with myself or one of my associates.
Open houses can also be arranged if a seller wishes but many are moving away from physical open houses.

BUYERS

My team and I will coordinate all showings and work around your schedule. As there are 3 of us we have the flexibility to work when you need us and I am easy to reach by phone, email and text at all reasonable times.

Margie and I have been working together since 2012. It is tough to find business relationships that last this long but ours has been seamless.
She came to me at a time where my business was so overwhelmingly busy that I knew I needed help but didn’t know where to start. My husband gave me a stern talking to about needing to hire someone and magically Margie appeared. And she is magical!!
She has been an agent longer than I have so there was no training necessary. That, along with the immediate trust I felt when I first met her a few years earlier, made hiring her a no brainer. She and I have very similar approaches so when I need an extra hand with buyers or sellers I know she will do what I would do. Her confidence, organizational skills and knowledge are an asset to me and my clients. It is not unusual to see her copied in on communications so that she can ensure all of the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed as she is my right-hand lady on the admin side of things.
Margie is a busy mom so she started helping me with office work but is also known to many of my buyers and sellers for the stellar work she does there as well. She has covered me on my holidays since the start and I know I, and my clients, can count on her.
We have become good friends and our lasting relationship is thanks to good communication and mutual respect…and hard work! She keeps me organized and I am grateful for her in so many ways. She even keeps me fed some days!

Randy Singh

I’m happy to introduce Randy who has been working with me since the fall of 2019 and has been a great asset to my business.
He brought me an offer on one of my listings that spring and I was impressed by his approach and his eagerness. When Margie told me I was keeping her too busy, he came to mind immediately.
Randy is extremely detailed which comes in handy if he’s showing homes for me when I’m not in town. He takes pictures and so many notes that I feel like I’ve shown the house myself. With my experience since 2007, it’s possible I may have previously been in the house as well but Randy’s details help with any changes that have taken place and he is quick to pick up on defects.
Randy’s enthusiasm and desire to continue expanding his knowledge are appreciated and I enjoy mentoring him.
His honest nature and work ethic are valued by myself and my clients. He is often available on short notice so this is valuable in a busy market place.
He also has a great sense of humour that may surprise you.
My sellers get to know him from my weekly updates and some of the other in-office things he helps with and if I am not available Randy often shows houses and attends inspections on my behalf. We are in constant communication through the showings and inspection and thanks to his details I am able to help renegotiate as needed.

I have a few other agents who help me with specialized properties as well as open houses if a seller wishes to have one booked. Century 21 has always been a family to me and we have great members to rely on. From agents to mortgage professionals to lawyers, our office has it all.
